Creative Project Manager
1. About Noise 13

At Noise 13, we work on a wide range of projects, from brand strategy to comprehensive brand systems creation. We are seeking someone who can bring the same level of enthusiasm and insight to everything from food technology and innovations to specialty foods, and anything in between. 2. About You

You are an adaptable, reliable, and detail-oriented project manager/producer with a design sensibility and excellent communication skills. You have experience producing digital projects and branded applications, from print to packaging. You are skilled at managing developers, photographers, and writers to bring a project to life. Additionally, you excel at setting expectations and keeping a project on track for both client and creative teams.

You have a keen interest in the food ecosystem and the possibilities of how food can make positive changes for people and the future of our environment.

3. Role Details

The Project Management role at Noise 13 focuses on nurturing client relationships by planning and guiding projects from start to finish. This includes critical thinking around opportunities, challenges, and possible solutions that translate into strategic, achievable projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting sales in writing proposals and statements of work
  • Scoping, planning, tracking, and delivering creative projects
  • Developing clearly defined product briefs & strategy roadmaps for all stakeholders
  • Scheduling and preparing agendas for client and internal meetings, taking notes, and following up with next steps
  • Coordinating with vendors for budgets, timelines, and expectations
  • Working with the internal project management team to plan resources for current and upcoming projects
  • Finding ways to strengthen our internal processes and client relationships
  • Managing freelancers, contracts, and payments in coordination with legal and accounting departments
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail, multitasking, and executing quickly under pressure

Currently, the Project Management position is part-time but can be made full-time with the addition of other skills such as business development, operations, strategy, or content creation.

4. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably at a creative/marketing agency, as an account manager, creative producer, or project manager
  • Experience launching website projects
  • Motivated to collaborate, learn, and iterate
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Always on the lookout to identify and resolve inefficiencies, with a passion for helping us build better processes
  • Ability to quickly process and implement feedback and revisions
  • Master of multitasking
  • High attention to detail and systems
  • Comfortable with both G Suite (Google Docs and Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with multiple project management and collaboration software such as Monday.com, AirTable, Asana, Miro, Figma, and FigJam
