Creative Project Coordinator

We are looking for someone who can bring the same level of enthusiasm and insight to everything from tech startups to specialty food brands, and anything in between. 2. You Are:

You are an adaptable, reliable, super detailed orient project manager/producer with design sensibility and great communication skills. At least 2 years of experience at a creative agency is a must. You have experience producing digital projects and branding applications with a broad range of brand touchpoints (print, packaging, etc). You are skilled at managing partners like developers, photographers, and writers to bring a project to life. And you are an expert at setting expectations and keeping a project on track for both client and creative teams.

3. Details:

Your role at Noise will be focused on nurturing client relationships by planning and shepherding projects from start to finish. You will do critical thinking around opportunities, challenges, and possible solutions that translate into strategic, achievable projects. This might include:

  • Supporting sales in writing proposals and statements of work
  • Scope, plan, track, and deliver creative projects
  • Develop clearly defined product briefs & strategy roadmaps for all stakeholders
  • Scheduling and preparing agendas for both client and internal meetings, taking notes, and following up with next steps
  • Coordinating with vendors for budgets, timelines, and expectations
  • Working with the internal project management team to plan resources for current and upcoming projects
  • Finding ways to strengthen our internal processes and client relationships
  • Steward legal and accounting to manage freelancers, contracts, and payments
  • Hyper-organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail with an ability to multitask and execute quickly under pressure
4. Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably at a creative/marketing agency, as an account manager, creative producer, or project manager
  • Experience launching website systems
  • Strong work ethic and independence, with a high degree of motivation to collaborate, learn and iterate.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Always on the watch to identify and resolve inefficiencies, and a passion for helping us build better processes
  • Ability to quickly process and implement feedback and revisions
  • Master of multitasking
  • High attention to details and systems that work well for all partners
  • A spreadsheet, word document, and presentation deck wizard. Comfortable with both G Suite (Google Docs and Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with multiple project management and collaboration software such as MavenLink, AirTable, Asana, Miro
