Jay Paul has been a leading force in commercial real estate since 1975. They’re well-known for their innovations in human-centric, tech campus designs. Their buildings are classic, high-end and elegant, not falling prey to trendy design practices in the tech space.
While respected within the industry, Jay Paul was not a mainstream name until they purchased the 181 building in downtown SF. This would be their most high-profile project and their first foray into residential.
Jay Paul realized that their existing brand did not live up to their reputation and this needed to change with the 181 purchase. Noise 13 was hired to take all of the clean lines, sophistication and polish of their projects and infuse that into their brand.
We started by reworking their positioning and messaging so they could sound as innovative as they were. We then jumped into modernizing their signature logotype and created more of a system that could be used in an overhaul of their website. Lastly, we redesigned their stationary system because, as we know, real estate folks love their business cards.
