Hien is the Designer + Developer for Noise 13. She specializes in front-end design and user interfaces. Drawing from her background as a theatrical costumer, she understands the complex relationship between the technical aspects of the project and the aesthetic presentation. When not making the web beautiful, she is bargain hunting for mid-century antiques, sipping on whiskey, or attending a local show.
