Within Old Navy, there are two pieces of the HR department. They work together, but remain separate in focus and projects. The main arm—Learning and Development (LD)—needed to brand its line of classes and offerings to the Old Navy staff.
Working with Kesher Consulting, we created a modular identity for Old Navy’s Learning and Development department using the theme of travel and personal journey. We also developed marketing with an email template, a course catalog, posters to highlight classes, and event graphics such as clothing, bags, signage, and table tents to help kick-off this season’s newest offerings as well as launch the new LD+PO brand.
