Jo-el Houle joined Noise 13 Design + Erin Hunt Communications in early 2010 as the new business development manager, working strategically with the new partnership's goal to broaden their client base nationally and globally.
Jo-el previously worked as Marketing Director for both a special events company and a fashion atelier. An avid world traveler, Jo-el has endeavored many sojourns that include studying Flamenco dance in Spain, snowboarding the Andes in Chile, and documenting the Maha Khumba Mela event in India. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Humanities from New College of California and a Certificate in Event & Meeting Planning from San Francisco State University.
