Dava Guthmiller is the founder and Creative Director of Noise 13. As her business card states, white space is her muse. From brand strategy to user experience to overall consulting, Dava can be found leading the conversation of brand importance and awareness. She has a passion for typography, all shades of gray, fine scotch, and farmers’ markets. She also makes a mean chocolate sauce and you’d be lucky to eat her Thanksgiving dinner. If you are ever stuck for an idea on where to eat in SF or ideas for gifts, just ask.
Dava is also the Board Chair of Slow Food San Francisco, and the founder of the Pow.wow Network. She is also on the advisory Board for Seedling Projects and the Good Food Awards. Dava has been an instructor at the Academy of Art University, a judge for the Adobe Achievement Awards, and is a winner of the Make Mine a Million $Business award from American Express and Count Me In. Her business ideas and advice can be found in books like “Single. Women. Entrepreneurs.” and “Life on Your Terms”.
