Who runs the world? Girls!

YES – with these new recruits Noise 13 is currently all girls (or rather women)! Left to right…

Jessie Clapp is our new Studio Manager. Californian at heart, she’s originally from San Diego and has lived in SF for the past 4 years. Her background is a blend of operations and photography and she came to us in search of a working environment that would energize her creative side and satisfy her passion for business. If she’s not at Noise 13, you’ll most likely find her at a local brewery, running, or making friends with a random stranger’s dog. During long drives she constantly finds herself pulling off the side of the road to take a photo – we might not ever see her if she actually had a car.

Kate Shay, also known as Deets or Details, is our new Creative Director. She hails from a combination of New Jersey, New York, and Brussels, but has been living in SF for almost 12 years. Past experience includes agencies such as Ogilvy, Publicis, AKQA, Edelman, and most recently CD at designkitchen SF. Kate has been an EMT, a scenic artist, and even a glassblower. Outside the office you can generally find her exploring the city on her motorcycle, eating and drinking all the delicious things in SF with her fiancé. And after talking with Dava for almost 13 months (!), we’re excited to welcome her as an official part of the team.

Marie-France Latour (or Frankie, as we call her) is our new Project Manager, and just recently moved from Montreal, Canada to join our team. Coming from small, innovative agencies like Deux Huit Huit and Chez Valois has shaped her into a team player. Frankie discovered Noise13 through Instagram and was drawn to our work with both food and fashion industry clients. She is looking forward to bringing her vast web experience to the team and working again with packaging, one of her passions! As lover of aesthetics, she likes to surround herself with order, light, plants, her sphynx cat, and especially good food & drinks in wonderful company. Her latest obsession? Exploring handmade dumplings!
